• BA/BSc degree; MBA/advanced degree optional.
• 5+ years in project/program management.
• Accomplished people leader and stakeholder manager.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced customer service and management capabilities.
• Self-starting and outcome-oriented.
• Proficient in common business software; PROSCI certification desired.

Responsabilités

• Drive the successful execution of transition and transformation projects across Global Occupier Services accounts.
• Develop and execute key strategic initiatives for the Transition and Transformation Platform.
• Design, develop and manage transition and transformation protocols, processes and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience during transitions.
• Track and manage the transition budget as established in the Proforma.
• Assist in contract review and abstract preparation to support project execution.
• Lead transition initiatives by executing project plans and milestones.
• Organize and lead transition-related meetings with internal and client governance sessions.
• Manage interdependencies across service lines and mitigate risks.
• Guide the team through Go-Live and handover to the account team.
• Document and monitor key success criteria and program viability.
• Provide leadership reports and data visualizations to leadership.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the transition process.
• Lead small teams and manage deadlines and change management activities.
• Perform other related duties as required.
