Job summary

Vantive is hiring an APAC Transformation Lead (Strategic Projects) in Singapore. You will lead regional delivery of strategic transformation initiatives, governance, PMO cadence, change management and executive reporting to enable sustainable improvements across ANZ/APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Certification in PMO, Change Management or CI is desirable.
• Experience leading or coordinating complex regional transformation programs.
• Experience with senior stakeholders and executive reporting.
• Proven capability in change management and org design.
• Experience developing capability frameworks or operating model changes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the regional PMO rhythm for strategic projects, with governance and milestone reporting.
• Coordinate transformation workstreams across Supply Chain and related functions with clear ownership.
• Develop high-quality executive reporting for leadership forums and risk/issue tracking.
• Lead change management planning, stakeholder readiness and adoption measures.
• Support organizational design activities, including role clarity and capability frameworks.
• Foster communities of learning to accelerate adoption of new transformation ways.
• Create clear communications to build alignment across teams and leadership groups.
• Identify and manage transformation risks, issues and interdependencies.
• Facilitate governance meetings with agendas and decision papers.
• Support benefits realisation with measurable outcomes and tracking.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to promote disciplined execution.
