Job summary

Chain IQ Group AG in Singapore is seeking a Transition & Transformation Manager to lead multi-country procurement transition and transformation programs across the APAC region from our Singapore office. You will be responsible for mobilization, planning, execution, stabilization, and transformation of client engagements, ensuring seamless service transitions and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex transition and/or transformation programs, ideally within procurement managed services, BPO, shared services, or consulting
• Certification in project management, Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt or higher), or TQM is preferred
• Strong understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes and systems

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of transition and transformation programs across APAC
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize global operations and drive efficiency
• Develop and manage detailed transition plans covering people, processes, systems, and governance
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations during transitions
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party providers to ensure knowledge transfer and readiness
