Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Global APAC Transition Lead to manage cross-border transition and transformation initiatives. You will drive program delivery from strategy through to steady-state operations, coordinating with client leadership and internal teams across markets.

The role requires strong project management, change management, and communication skills, with experience leading diverse teams and managing budgets and risk.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc degree required.
• 5+ years in project/program management delivering on-time, on-budget initiatives.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced customer service and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Self-starting and outcome-focused with minimal supervision.
• PROSCI certification desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple transition and transformation projects for Global Occupier Services accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the Transition and Transformation Platform.
• Design and manage protocols, processes, and outcomes for project delivery.
• Enhance customer experience throughout the transition process.
• Track and manage the transition budget and Proforma obligations.
• Support contract review and document preparation for project execution.
• Lead transition initiatives and governance meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigate to ensure milestones are met.
