Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Transition Coordinator to assist in responding to transition and transformation initiatives, design and manage detailed project plans, and support program delivery across multiple tasks.

You will work with clients, consultants and internal teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensure timely outputs, and uphold high-quality standards as part of a professional real estate and facilities management team.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in facilities management, workplace transformation, project coordination, transition management, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support project delivery within timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFPs related to transition and transformation services.
• Assist in the preparation, design, develop, program management of transition and transformation protocols, processes and outcomes.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed project plans and programs to manage Transition activities and measure performance.
• Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Assist with the delivery of transition and transformation activities.
• Manage personal inputs to meet deadlines and delivery dates per schedule.
• Deliver high quality, accurate outputs and demonstrate teamwork.
• Represent Cushman & Wakefield professionally with stakeholders.
