Job summary

Global Payments in Singapore seeks an Implementation Manager for the Customer Experience team to guide customers through integrating with the Worldpay suite of payment services. You will be the go-to expert for product knowledge and technical guidance.

You will define project scope, manage deployments end-to-end, run risk reviews, and deliver demos and training to maximize value. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering customer technical integrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Analytical problem-solving and ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Experience with XML and JSON APIs; web/mobile SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in integrating with Worldpay suite of payment services.
• Design and set up customer accounts; provide technical guidance; troubleshoot incidents.
• Define project scope and manage through completion and post-live monitoring with clear project plans.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communications and risk management to keep projects on track.
• Plan and deliver customer demos and training on product functionality.
