Job summary

Worldpay Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding for APAC commercial customers, coordinating with Sales, KYC/CDD, Legal, Credit, Risk, Boarding and Implementation teams. You will develop project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, and run regular status meetings to ensure go-live success.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, collect documentation, demonstrate products, deliver user training, and provide ongoing reporting and post-go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a track record in project management.
• Knowledge of project management best practices.
• Japanese language proficiency is an advantage for engagement with partners in Japan.
• Experience using project management software to create and manage projects reporting (MS Project, Salesforce).
• Strong negotiation, analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with third-party vendors and outsourcing.
• Excellent communication with executive-level clients.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for APAC commercial customers, driving projects from contract signing to go live.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and execute project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, and lead status meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements, documentation collection, system setup validation, product demonstrations, and user training.
• Provide ongoing project reporting, meeting documentation, escalation management, and post-go-live monitoring.
• Drive continuous process improvements and conduct project closure reviews.
• Facilitate seamless handovers to Sales and Customer Experience teams and handle special projects.
