Job summary

You will define scope, manage multiple projects, deliver customer demos and provide training on product capabilities. Strong collaboration with internal teams and proactive risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects and delivering customer technical integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep technical knowledge of payment-related integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects and manage scope, timelines and risks.
• Collaborate with customers and Account Management to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Lead customer demos and training on product features and functionality.
