Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager for its Customer Experience team to drive customer integrations with Worldpay services and manage multiple projects end-to-end.

You will coordinate with customers and Account Management, design integration setups, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot incidents while delivering demos and training on product functionality. Candidates should have 5+ years of project management and strong technical acumen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects and delivering customer technical integrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a bias for innovative solutions.
• Curiosity to capture customer requirements and apply funneling techniques.
• Technical expertise in XML and JSON API is essential.
• Experience with Web and Mobile SDKs, React Native and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases and Splunk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from scoping to post-live monitoring with clear project plans.
• Collaborate with customers and Account Management to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Support customer and technical teams in product integration and troubleshooting.
• Define scope, manage risks, and keep stakeholders updated through scheduled meetings.
• Deliver customer demos and training on product functionality to maximize value.
• Monitor changing technical trends in payments and related technologies.
