Job summary

Global Payments Asia Pacific (Hong Kong Holding) Limited is seeking a Project Manager to join our Customer Experience team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will own end-to-end onboarding and implement projects for APAC commercial customers, coordinating with Sales, KYC/CDD, Legal, Credit, Risk, and Implementation.

You’ll develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks, run status meetings, and deliver strong post-go-live performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a good track record in project management.
Knowledge of project management best practices.
Proficiency with project management software and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation for APAC customers.
Serve as liaison between customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
Develop and execute project plans, monitor milestones, and manage risks.
Lead status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate onboarding requirements, docs, system setup, demos, and training.
Provide ongoing reporting, escalation management, and post-go-live monitoring.
Drive process improvements and handovers to Sales and CX teams.
