Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive sales account manager to manage key customer accounts, including contracts, quotations and pricing. You will build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities to grow revenue.

You will understand customer needs and recommend suitable manufacturing solutions, coordinate product lifecycle from prototype to mass production and end-of-life, and work with operations to resolve delivery and quality issues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage key customer accounts, including contracts, quotations and pricing.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable manufacturing solutions.
• Coordinate product lifecycle activities from prototype to mass production and end-of-life.
• Work with operations teams to resolve delivery and quality issues.
• Develop new customers and expand business opportunities.
• Attend customer visits and trade shows, including overseas travel when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports covering revenue and sales pipeline.
