Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a sales/account manager to oversee key customer accounts within the manufacturing sector. You will establish contracts, quotations and pricing, while driving new business opportunities.

You will maintain excellent customer relationships, assess client project needs, and propose manufacturing services and solutions across the product lifecycle from prototype to mass production and EOL. Travel for client visits and trade shows is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Manufacturing sector experience preferred.
• Experience establishing contracts, quotations and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Managing key customers’ accounts and establishing contracts, quotations and pricing.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Assess client project needs and propose manufacturing services and solutions.
• Involve in the product lifecycle from prototype to EOL.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve delivery and quality issues.
• Acquire new customers and business opportunities.
• Travel for customer visits and trade shows.
• Submit weekly & monthly sales reports including revenue and sales funnel.
