Etika Group of Companies in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our General Trade business. The role involves hands-on leadership of a field sales team, developing plans across minimarts, independents and outlets, and building strong distributor/wholesale partnerships.

You will drive in-market execution, monitor trends, and coach teams to meet targets while travelling regularly to visit customers and outlets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of sales experience in General Trade, preferably FMCG.
• Experience managing distributors and/or wholesalers.
• Experience leading and managing a field sales team.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven, hands-on and comfortable spending time in the market with customers and the sales team.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and be comfortable travelling regularly to visit customers and outlets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the General Trade sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and execute sales plans for the General Trade channel, including minimarts and other independent retail outlets.
• Manage and build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution and market coverage.
• Develop effective route and outlet coverage plans to improve sales productivity.
• Ensure strong in-store execution, product availability and brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer developments.
• Manage sales performance, customer accounts, credit and collection matters.
• Coach and guide the sales team to improve field execution and overall performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver the Company's sales and business objectives.
