SINOLU GLOBAL TRADE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our trading sales operations. You will oversee trade transactions, expand our client and supplier network, and mentor a high-performing sales team to hit ambitious revenue goals.

The role requires understanding global market trends, commodity pricing, and B2B contract negotiations, plus coordinating with internal logistics, finance, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution across the trade lifecycle.

• Strategy & Targets: Design and implement comprehensive sales plans to hit revenue and profit targets.
• Client & Supplier Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with upstream suppliers and downstream buyers.
• Trade Operations: Coordinate with internal logistics, finance, and risk management teams to ensure smooth transaction execution across the trade lifecycle.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and pricing shifts to spot new business opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives, setting clear performance KPIs and quotas.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations for bulk orders, pricing terms, and supply agreements.
