We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Managerto lead our Malaysia and Indonesia operations, driving business growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience across multiple sites.
This role is ideal for a high-performing leader with strong commercial acumen, a passion for operational excellence, and a proven track record managing large-scale, customer-centric environments. The successful candidate will excel in leading cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Oversee full P&L ownershipand drive the overall business performance for Malaysia and Indonesia.
Lead multi-site and multi-store operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and superior service standards.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve commercial growth, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
Utilize data, analytics, and KPIs to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and guide strategic decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teamsacross Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
Build and sustain a customer-centric culture, strengthening brand reputation and service quality.
Collaborate closely with regional leadership to align country operations with the Group’s strategic direction and expansion roadmap.
Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, financial discipline, and local regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experiencein F&B or hospitality, with exposure to large-scale operations.
Demonstrated success in managing large teamsand multi-site operationswith full P&L accountability.
Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Proficient in data-driven management, overseeing KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder managementskills.
Prior experience in regional or cross-border operationsis a strong advantage.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
