Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Utilize profound industry insights and trends to drive innovation and identify new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen to createand manage financial planning, budgeting, and compliance.
- Oversee operations, ensuring coordination between sales, operations, and finance.
- Serve as a key decision-maker, offering insights that drive business development and organizational growth.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Requirements
- A Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the automobile industry, preferably in SMEs. Candidates with experience in automobile finance (banks) are welcome to apply.
- Strong financial expertise and excellent business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
