Job Title: General Manager (Restaurant)
1. Job Description
- Overall Leadership (全面领导): Provide strategic direction and oversee the entire daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experience. (提供战略方向并监督餐厅的全部日常运营,以确保效率、盈利能力和卓越的客户体验。)
- Financial Management (财务管理): Develop and manage annual budgets, control costs (including inventory, supplies, and labor), analyze financial reports (P&L), and implement strategies to maximize revenue and achieve financial targets. (制定和管理年度预算,控制成本(包括库存、物资和劳动力),分析财务报告(损益表),并实施战略以最大化收入并实现财务目标。)

2. Job Requirements (职位要求)
