Job summary

ANGKASA DAEHAN STEEL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT/Network support specialist to assist with Microsoft Domain maintenance and Active Directory, while managing site-to-site connectivity between factories and HQ, including CCTV setup.

You will handle IoT tasks, troubleshoot latency and outages, and provide Windows desktop, printer, and network support to keep operations running smoothly. Collaboration with multiple departments and external consultants is essential for factory

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Business Administration or IT.
• At least 3 years of related work experience with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist system maintenance for Microsoft Domain and Active Directory.
• IoT know-how; maintain site-to-site connectivity between factories and HQ (including CCTV setup).
• Troubleshoot network latency and connectivity issues.
• Provide ad-hoc Windows desktop, printer, and network support to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate factory improvement projects and liaise with government agencies and appointed consultants (e.g., JTC, BCA, URA, MOM).

Job description

Jobs Description:

1. To assist system maintenance for Microsoft Domain, should have experience for Microsoft Domain and Active Directory.

2. IOT Know-how, maintain site-to-site connectivity (including CCTV setting-up) between factories and HQ.

3. Troubleshoot with network latency, outages and connectivity issues.

4. Ad-hoc Windows Desktop, printer, network issue ensuring smooth operations.

5. Handling ad-hoc factories improvement works submission, government agencies compliances including but not limited to appointed consultants, JTC, BCA, URA, MOM, etc.

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma with Business Administration/ IT.

2. Min 3 years of RELATED working experience with potential to work independently with minimum supervision.

3. Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work with all level of co-workers.
