Qualifications

Min Diploma in Business Administration or IT.
At least 3 years of related work experience with ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

Assist system maintenance for Microsoft Domain and Active Directory.
IoT know-how; maintain site-to-site connectivity between factories and HQ (including CCTV setup).
Troubleshoot network latency and connectivity issues.
Provide ad-hoc Windows desktop, printer, and network support to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate factory improvement projects and liaise with government agencies and appointed consultants (e.g., JTC, BCA, URA, MOM).
