Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Business Analyst / GenAI Solution Delivery professional in Singapore to independently manage analysis, documentation, testing and implementation under the guidance of a delivery lead. You will engage stakeholders, map processes and translate needs into practical GenAI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end delivery, supporting rollout, and maintaining governance artefacts while driving continuous improvement and user

Qualifications

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
• Translate business requirements into practical solution specifications and support solution design discussions.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery activities including requirements clarifications, walkthroughs, SIT, UAT, defect management and deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder engagements, workshops and sessions to identify business needs and AI use cases.
• Coordinate discussions and track actions between business and technology stakeholders.
• Prepare communications materials, user briefings and training for solution rollout and adoption.
• Track delivery milestones, dependencies, risks and actions, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Develop, test and refine prompts for GenAI-enabled workflows, including information extraction and insight generation.
• Support AI governance and data quality activities and document governance artefacts.
