Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Software Test professional to design and execute test cases, prepare data, and validate software against requirements. You will leverage GenAI to enrich test cases, monitor performance, and report results to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes functional, regression, performance, and security testing, with an emphasis on timely delivery and data quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or UAT.
• Experience in test case creation, test data preparation, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Exposure to GenAI tools for test case generation and validation.
• Experience in monitoring GenAI performance, accuracy, and data quality.
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight timelines.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, data validation, or test automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Writing test cases, preparing and creating test data, executing and retesting test cases.
• Leverage on inhouse GenAI for test case creation and enrichment
• Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given time frame.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
• Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
• Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders and work on their resolution.
• Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
• Monitor and analyze Gen AI use cases to ensure performance, data quality and accuracy.
• Establish and refine scalable monitoring processes and key metrics to identify performance trends and potential issues proactively.
• Prepare clear reports, management dashboards and executive updates on Gen AI accuracy, performance, trends and insights for stakeholders and governance forums.
