Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Group in Singapore seeks a senior business systems analyst to translate business needs into GenAI-enabled solution designs for financial services. You will run requirements workshops, model transactions, and collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to deliver end-to-end systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS plus 6+ years of finance technology experience, plus hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and architecture design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in finance institutions or banking technology.
• Experience in system analysis or core banking in GenAI space.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, modelling transactions to meet business needs.
• Hands-on techno-functional role to propose solutions for business issues, technical strategies and tactical changes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, supports, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
• Engage stakeholders to align priorities and system improvements.
• Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Understand of technical architecture and systems.
