Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Business Analyst / GenAI Solution Delivery professional in Singapore to independently manage analysis, documentation, testing and implementation under the guidance of a delivery lead. You will engage stakeholders, map processes and translate needs into practical GenAI-enabled solutions.

Job description

This role will independently manage assigned analysis, documentation, testing and implementation activities, while working under the guidance of the delivery lead for solution strategy, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement and governance decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Change Adoption

Support stakeholder engagements, workshops and working sessions to identify business needs, workflow improvement opportunities and AI use cases.

Coordinate discussions, document decisions, track actions and facilitate collaboration between business and technology stakeholders.

Assist in preparing communication materials, user briefings and training sessions to support solution rollout and adoption.

Track delivery milestones, dependencies, risks and action items, escalating issues where appropriate.

Business Analysis (BA), Workflow Transformation & Solution Delivery

Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps to support workflow transformation initiatives.

Analyse and redesign Procurement workbench to improve efficiency, controls, automation and user experience.

Translate business requirements into practical solution specifications and support solution design discussions with Business, Technology and Data Chapter teams.

Coordinate end-to-end delivery activities including requirements clarification, solution walkthroughs, SIT, UAT, defect management, production readiness and deployment support.

Prepare and maintain business, testing and implementation documentation to support successful delivery.

Run Operations & Continuous Improvement

Provide functional support for Procurement Workbench and AI-enabled solutions, including incident assessment, service requests and user queries.

Perform incident triage, business impact assessment and issue investigation, coordinating resolution with technology teams.

Manage defects, enhancement requests and operational issues through the appropriate backlog and tracking processes.

Support production releases, regression testing, user onboarding and operational readiness activities.

Maintain SOPs, training and user guides, FAQs and knowledge documentation to support operational excellence.

Monitor adoption, operational performance and recurring user issues, recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.

Prompt Engineering and AI Optimization

Develop, test and refine prompts for GenAI-enabled workflows, including document summarisation, information extraction, validation and insight generation.

Conduct structured prompt testing to evaluate output accuracy, relevance, consistency and alignment with business requirements.

Analyse user feedback and model outputs to identify optimisation opportunities and improve prompt performance.

Maintain prompt libraries, testing records, evaluation criteria and best-practice guidance.

Support deployment of approved prompts into AI-enabled workflows and applications.

AI/GenAI Governance and Data Quality

Support data preparation, validation and quality assessment activities for AI and GenAI solutions.

Assist in evaluating AI outputs against defined business, accuracy and performance criteria.

Support model monitoring activities by compiling performance information, user feedback and identified improvement opportunities.

Document and elevate issues relating to data quality, output accuracy, bias, model drift or performance degradation.

Maintain governance artefacts and supporting evidence required for model registration, evaluation, monitoring and governance reviews, while ensuring compliance with internal AI governance standards and control frameworks.
