Job summary

Unison Group in Singapore seeks an experienced AI Engineer (GenAI) to own end-to-end technical delivery for banking clients. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise systems, deploy pipelines, and oversee performance and reliability.

You will work with CTOs, software squads, data scientists, and business analysts to drive digital transformation while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust system scalability in a fast-paced fintech consulting environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering in the banking/financial services sector.
Proven background in enterprise solution delivery and SDLC best practices.
Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and technical communication.
Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership in multicultural environments.
Full-time availability in Singapore (applications email provided).
Hands-on operational mastery of modern enterprise tooling.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust enterprise banking systems.
Lead architecture planning, implementation, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with software engineers, data architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
Configure, monitor, and maintain high-availability environments and deployment pipelines.
Execute unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Maintain technical documentation, architecture blueprints, and API specifications.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory guidelines in Singapore.
Participate in agile ceremonies and coordinate roadmaps with delivery squads.
