NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive intern to join our enterprise platform delivery team in Singapore. You will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, software engineers and platform teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and support the full delivery lifecycle.

Gain hands-on experience with GenAI-enabled capabilities, SDLC practices and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to real-world projects for a leading public organisation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review and analyse business requirements and user stories.
• Document current and future-state business processes and requirements.
• Prepare functional specs, user guides and project documentation.
• Support tracking of project activities, risks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with managers, analysts, software engineers and platform teams.
• Assist in designing, testing and implementing enterprise platform capabilities.
• Support System, Integration, UAT and Regression Testing.
• Identify and track defects and functional issues.
• Provide application support and resolve operational issues.
• Assist in client communications to ensure successful delivery.
