Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Group in Singapore seeks a senior business systems analyst to translate business needs into GenAI-enabled solution designs for financial services. You will run requirements workshops, model transactions, and collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to deliver end-to-end systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS plus 6+ years of finance technology experience, plus hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and architecture design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in finance institutions or banking technology.
• Experience in system analysis or core banking in GenAI space.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
• Hands-on techno-functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, technical strategical and tactical solutions, process changes and functional requirements.
• Work with different technology teams across infrastructure, supports, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
• Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stakeholders.
• Understanding of technical architecture and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a Related Field.
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a finance institution or banking technology

Technical Expertise

• Experience working in the financial industry with relevant experience in system analysis or in core banking business within GenAI space
• Previous experience on Agentic AI solution, GenAI and well equipped to understand Agent Pattern, type and Model Context Protocol
• Candidate must have a fundamental understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Experience in evaluating and integrating LLMs such as LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, etc., into business processes
• Other good things to have skill sets OpenShift, RAG, agentic AI and necessary workflows required to build GenAI capability
• Design and implement scalable GenAI architectures and solutions using necessary tools
• Strong team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.
