Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Analyst to support GPS, CRESA and PeopleTech initiatives. You will drive requirements, transform processes, and design solutions across digital, data, automation and AI-enabled platforms.

The role partners with business, operations and technology teams to define requirements and adopt next-generation technologies including Copilot and AI across the PeopleTech portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Business Analyst or Product Analyst roles.
• Experience with digital transformation projects and enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with AI, Copilot and automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories and process flows.
• Partner with business and technology teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions and requirement sign-offs.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment and business readiness activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and AI adoption.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies and benefits realization.
