Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Project Management / Business Analysis professional to drive change management and ensure on-time, quality deliverables across groups.

The role collaborates with regional product, technology and operations teams and participates in GenAI and DocAi initiatives to reduce manual work in day-to-day operations. The incumbent will collate requirements, support the user community, assess impacts, govern design alignment with data-flow strategy, and document testing approaches

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Able to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar financial services role (PM/BA).

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage details for the assigned business vertical.
• Support user community on queries and guidance for system usage in BAU.
• Clarify project scope and changes; document impact rationale.
• Govern design alignment with the data flow strategy for impacted projects.
• Gather stakeholders' requirements and walkthrough with the team.
• Contribute to solutioning to ensure scalable, standardized business solutions.
• Propose testing approaches and manage UAT timelines and results.
• Document data flow, design, and testing approaches per templates.
