QUTOU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Futures Business Development Manager (Contracts) to drive growth through strategic partnerships in the crypto ecosystem.

You will lead contract negotiations, manage complex BD agreements, and ensure regulatory and internal policy alignment. This role focuses on listing strategy, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, and Compliance, and building a robust deal pipeline from outreach to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 2 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or contract management, preferably in crypto/FinTech.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Deep passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital asset landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and closure of commercial terms and contracts with crypto projects.
• Draft, review and manage a high volume of business development agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure regulatory and policy alignment.
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities and manage the deal pipeline.
• Guide token listing strategy and work with cross-functional teams to execute listings and partnerships.
• Prepare reports on pipeline status, terms, and market insights for senior management.
