Job summary

QUTOU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. seeks a Listing Business Development Manager to drive spot listings and strategic partnerships in the crypto space. You will identify assets, evaluate viability, and onboard projects via a rigorous due-diligence process.

You will build networks with protocols, funds, and launchpads, and work with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Research to ensure compliant listings. Frequent international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or finance-related field.
• 2+ years of business development, partnerships, or sales in cryptocurrency or blockchain.
• Strong network in crypto, venture capital, and institutional digital asset space.
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing strategic listings or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate digital assets for potential spot listings.
• Lead end-to-end listing process with internal teams and external partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, listings fees, and marketing collaborations.
• Manage a deal pipeline from initial contact to listing execution.
• Represent the exchange at industry events to expand network and visibility.
