• Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless business development execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Track and report on business development performance metrics and pipeline progress for management review.
• Represent the organisation at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings with confidence and professionalism.
