Qualifications

• Experience in proprietary trading, investment banking, or fintech preferred.
• Proven track record in sourcing and closing high-value partnerships.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Global perspective and multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management of brokers, exchanges, and other key counterparties.
• Intelligence gathering from competitor and industry peers.
• Lead BD efforts for data analysis, visualization and dashboarding.
• Participate in internal and external business communications for the company.
• Maintain and improve Graviton's public branding.
