Job summary

QUTOU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a highly motivated Futures Business Development Manager (Contracts) to drive growth of the exchange through strategic partnerships and robust contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 2 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or contract management, preferably within the cryptocurrency, FinTech, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Deep passion for and understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital asset landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and closure of commercial terms and contracts with prospective crypto projects.
• Draft, review, and manage a high volume of complex business development agreements.
