Job summary

FINITI PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join its Singapore/Dubai team. The successful candidate will support the preparation, review and administration of commercial trading contracts and liaise with internal stakeholders across the business.

You will ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, track deadlines and maintain complete contract records, while collaborating with commercial, legal and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in contracts, commercial administration, trade operations or related function advantageous.
• Exposure to commodities, energy, trading, shipping or international commercial environment beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to review commercial documentation accurately.
• Good organisational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to digital tools or contract management systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and issue commercial contracts and related documentation for physical and financial commodity transactions based on agreed terms.
• Prepare contractual amendments, addendums and supporting documentation as required.
• Review contractual terms and identify potential commercial, operational, legal or compliance issues for stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely contract execution.
• Communicate with external counterparties regarding terms, documentation, amendments and outstanding matters.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments and related correspondence.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with stakeholders; improve contract administration processes.
