Qualifications

• Experience with fundraising in a non-profit organisation or 3-5+ years’ sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to take on a visible role while working in a small team environment.
• Self-motivated professional with the ability to take ownership of initiatives.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve fundraising targets through assigned events and campaigns.
• Manage key donor accounts and maintain communications.
• Strategise and develop plans for donor and volunteer networks.
• Maintain existing high-income donors and explore sponsorship opportunities.
• Implement plans to achieve fundraising and engagement objectives.
• Provide input on messaging for fundraising appeals.
• Analyze campaign performance and donor data.
• Develop sponsorship strategies targeting key audiences.
