Cambridge Associates is seeking a Fund Solutions Director to lead fund accounting, NAV oversight, tax oversight, governance, and service-provider management across Singapore fund structures. This role partners with legal, compliance, tax, auditors, custodians, and administrators to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

You will drive capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting, while ensuring adherence to Singapore VCC regulations and IFRS/SFRS(I) standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with professional qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting, fund operations, tax, or finance within hedge funds, fund administrators, asset managers, or alternative investment platforms.
• Strong experience with Singapore VCC structures and exposure to hedge funds and private investments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting, operations, and governance for Singapore VCCs and related local fund vehicles.
• Oversee NAV reviews, capital activity, expense accruals, fee calculations, and investor allocations.
• Review and approve management fees, incentive fees, carried interest, and other complex allocations.
• Oversee fund tax processes and investor tax reporting with external tax providers.
• Manage relationships with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and service providers.
• Review financial statements, audit schedules, and documentation for compliance with accounting standards (SFRS(I) and IFRS).
• Ensure capital calls, distributions, transfers, and investor reporting align with fund documents.
• Review fund constitutions and offering documents to ensure alignment with legal terms.
• Act as senior contact for internal stakeholders and investors on fund accounting, reporting, tax, and operations.
• Support fund launches, restructurings, liquidations, and changes to fund structures.
• Drive process improvement, data quality, and reporting efficiency across the platform.
