5G-Starlink Pte. invites applications for an Assistant Manager / Manager, Fund Administration in Singapore.

The role involves overseeing trade order forms, NAV validation, and fund valuation reports prepared by Executives, and acting as a backup maker in rotation. You will review monthly holdings reconciliations, fee payments instructions with fund administrators, and ensure timely trade processing and NAV updates.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting / fund administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed and meticulous.
• Strong team player and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Review trade order forms, NAV validation and fund valuation reports prepared by Executives.
• Assume the role of a maker for backup/ rotation purpose.
• Review the monthly holdings reconciliation for the Companys funds.
• Review the fee payments instructions with the various Fund Administrators.
• Ensure timely processing of the trades and ensure NAV prices are accurately and promptly updated.
• Liaise with Auditors for any audit queries during the annual audit period.
• Work with external tax consultant on the corporate tax filing and GST submission.
• Prepare quarterly and annually reporting for management and regulatory.
• Other ad-hoc duties / project(s) as assigned
