Job summary

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Fund Finance & Operations Manager in Singapore.

The role supports daily financial, operational, and regulatory functions under the CEO, with emphasis on fund accounting, regulatory compliance, and scalable processes. The ideal candidate has strong fund accounting knowledge, MAS regulatory exposure, and experience managing multiple stakeholders in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in fund accounting, operations, or fund administration.
• Exposure to MAS regulations, AML/KYC, and investor onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV review, fee calculations, investor reporting, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with external fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Support regulatory reporting, governance documentation, and controls.
