Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is seeking an ERP consultant to partner with clients, understand their business challenges, and tailor ERP solutions.

You will run demonstrations, workshops and POCs during the sales cycle while leading end-to-end ERP projects from initiation through go-live and post‑deployment support. The role requires strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and excellent communication with both business users and technical teams, including proficiency in

Qualifications

• Has 2 years in ERP consulting, ERP implementation or related customer-facing tech roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, sales, or operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with prospective clients to understand business challenges and recommend ERP solutions.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong requirements gathering, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent project coordination and customer engagement capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning within enterprise software environments.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
