Job summary

Yonyou Singapore seeks an ERP Consultant to drive digital transformation across Southeast Asia. You will participate in end-to-end implementations of Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions, collaborating with clients from diverse industries to deliver value across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Project Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of implementation experience in cloud-based enterprise applications (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Infor, Odoo, Sage, Globe 3).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and regional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementation services for Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions, including business requirement study, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and documentation.
• Support Financial Management modules: GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Asset Management, and Enterprise reports.
• Support Supply Management modules: Procurement, Requisitioning, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Inventory Management.
• Support Manufacturing & Production modules: Production Planning, Shop Floor Execution, BOM, Work Order Management, Quality Management, Costing.
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely delivery according to plans.
• Provide technical and functional pre-sales support, including demos and product presentations.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; propose corrective actions and perform testing.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and end-users.
• Collaborate with regional project teams and engage with clients and HQ to align processes and technical requirements.
• Receive structured training on Yonyou products, industry practices, methodologies, and cloud ERP innovations.
• Support overseas project delivery across Southeast Asia when required.

Join Yonyou Singapore as an ERP Consultant and participate in digital transformation projects across Southeast Asia.

As part of our Southeast Asia delivery team, you will work on leading solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail and Project Management, partnering with customers from diverse industries. Gain hands-on experience in regional digital transformation projects while continuously strengthening your consulting, implementation and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementation services for Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions, including business requirement study, business blueprinting, system configuration, functional testing, user training, and documentation.
• Support Financial Management modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Asset Management, and Enterprise reports.
• Support Supply Management modules including Procurement, Requisitioning, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Inventory Management.
• Support Manufacturing & Production modules including Production Planning, Shop Floor Execution, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Order Management, Quality Management, and Costing.
• As an implementation consultant, monitor and control project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery according to project plans.
• Provide technical and functional pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and product presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of implementation experience in cloud-based enterprise applications such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Odoo, Sage, or Globe 3.
• Understanding of one of the business process or best practices in ares such as Finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or construction.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to manage communication with Chinese-speaking clients and regional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.
