michael page (personnel) pte. ltd. is recruiting an ERP Consultant to drive implementation projects across diverse industries. You will partner with clients, run system demonstrations, and lead projects from initiation to go-live while coordinating with technical teams.

The role requires strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate with both business users and technical staff in English and Mandarin. Structured training and regional exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of ERP consulting, ERP implementation, business applications, software solutions, or related customer-facing technology roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, sales, inventory, or operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent requirements gathering, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong project coordination and customer engagement capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning within enterprise software environments.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Partner with prospective clients to understand business challenges and recommend ERP solutions.
• Conduct system demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept presentations during the sales cycle.
• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-deployment support.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements while coordinating solution design with technical teams.
• Facilitate user workshops and training programmes to ensure successful system adoption.
• Act as the key liaison between customers and cross-functional internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships and provide recommendations for continuous solution improvement.
