Job summary

M.SaaS Solutions Pte Ltd seeks a proactive ERP Application Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of ERP solutions. You will work with customers to understand requirements, deliver system implementations, provide post-go-live support and propose process improvements.

The role requires strong communication, a consultative approach, and comfort engaging stakeholders across business functions.

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ ERP implementation and support experience.
• NetSuite ERP experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Understand Customer / Product Requirement directly from Customer Users, Consultants and/or BRD/FRD.
• Participate in Solution / Product Design Sessions and Documentation.
• Perform Implementation (On-site and/or remotely).

• Participate and Contribute in Solution / Product Design Sessions and Documentations

• Perform Implementation (On-site and/or remotely)
• Perform Customer Support (On-site and/or remotely)
• Perform End User Training (On-site and/or remotely)
• Create and maintain a positive customer relationship
• Provide consultation to Customers / Key Users on business process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• A minimum of Two years’ experience in a reputed ERP systemsimplementation and support is expected.
• NetSuite ERP experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

• Finance / Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Project & Service Management, Manufacturing, CRM & Support Management.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Possess general knowledge on development and customization of software solutions.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies would be an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills and demonstrates ability to build professional relationships.
