Qualifications

• Has 2 years in ERP consulting, ERP implementation or related customer-facing tech roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, sales, or operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with prospective clients to understand business challenges and recommend ERP solutions.
• Conduct system demonstrations, workshops, and POC presentations during sales cycles.
• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-deployment support.
• Gather, analyse, and document requirements while coordinating design with technical teams.
• Facilitate user workshops and training to ensure successful system adoption.
• Act as liaison between customers and cross-functional internal stakeholders during delivery.
• Build long-term relationships and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
