About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Full‑Stack Developer to lead the technical development of our platform. As an early team member, you will shape the product architecture, build core features, and deliver a smooth, engaging experience for our users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the platform using React/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js/NestJS or Python/Django (backend)
• Integrate a Headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, Contentful) for scalable content management
• Build and maintain REST or GraphQL APIs
• Implement secure authentication, user management, and subscription workflows (Stripe)
• Optimize for speed, reliability, SEO, and maintainability
• Manage DevOps tasks: CI/CD, deployments, environments, and security
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive, user‑friendly experiences
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and engineering best practices
• Continuously improve processes, architecture, and tools

Requirements

• 4+ years of full‑stack development experience
• Strong skills in React/Next.js and Node.js or Python frameworks
• Experience with API‑driven architectures
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Familiarity with Stripe, Firebase, and push notification workflows
• Strong problem‑solving skills and product focus
• Track record of owning projects end‑to‑end
