Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years related experience in Front Office.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Opera System is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the hotel’s trading and operations to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate lobby activities and lead Front Office communications.
• Ensure Front Office standards, safety, and security of the property.
• Supervise Front Office team and support other departments when needed.
• Maintain Duty Manager logbook and daily financial reports.
• Record incidents and liaise with Security as required.
