JEN by Shangri-La Singapore is seeking a Front Office Associate to welcome guests, anticipate needs and deliver warm, efficient service at the check-in desk. You will greet, assist and resolve guest inquiries with courtesy while maintaining a polished, professional appearance.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure smooth guest experiences, handle requests with a can-do attitude, and adapt to shift work, weekends, and holidays while upholding the brand's hospitality standards.
