Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Captain or similar in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Strong background in customer service with handling guest feedback and resolving issues.
• Familiar with reservation platforms (Chope) and POS systems.
• Good leadership skills to guide junior service staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations across all sections to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide comprehensive table service including order taking, recommendations, and guest engagement.
• Manage guest relations to ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Supervise table allocation, coordinate service flow, and support delivery/takeaway operations as needed.
• Operate and monitor POS systems for accurate billing and order processing.
