Job summary

WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a well-established hotpot restaurant located at CHIJMES in Singapore to recruit a Restaurant Duty Manager (Front of House). You will lead daily service operations and support a high-performing FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee FOH shifts, train staff, handle complaints, maintain service standards and collaborate with FOH/BOH and management to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of relevant restaurant/F&B experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
• Hotpot or established F&B chain experience will be an advantage
• Good understanding of local F&B hygiene, safety and operational requirements
• Strong communication, customer service, complaint-handling and problem-solving skills
• Able to train and develop service staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic document handling
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and supervise service staff during shifts
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure sufficient manpower coverage
• Train, coach and assess new and existing FOH employees
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Maintain service, grooming and restaurant operating standardsEnsure food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and property safety requirements are followed
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff development
• Coordinate closely with FOH, BOH and management teams
• Respond to operational issues and recommend service or process improvements
