Job summary

Paradise Hotpot Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and guest service excellence.

You will lead a service crew, conduct hiring interviews, train staff, monitor labour and F&B costs, handle cashiering, and address customer feedback to ensure smooth performance. This role also involves deputizing in the Manager's absence and contributing to appraisals.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a service crew and maintaining service standards.
• Ability to interview and select suitable candidates.
• Experience training and developing front-of-house staff.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic cost controls and labour management.
• Willingness to deputize for the Restaurant Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of service crew to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
• Assist in managing the restaurant and daily activities.
• Conduct interviews for new hires and train staff.
• Handle cashiering duties and banking tasks.
• Monitor labour and F&B costing matters, including stock checks.
