WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking Service Crew to join its front-of-house team in a bustling restaurant and live-entertainment setting in Singapore. You will deliver friendly, attentive service and support daily restaurant operations during busy service periods.

The role requires you to welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

Formación

• Experience in F&B or customer service preferred.
• Strong service attitude and customer engagement.
• Friendly, energetic and confident with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with seating and table arrangements.
• Present menus and explain offerings, take orders and serve promptly.
• Attend to guest inquiries and feedback; coordinate with kitchen and bar.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Support reservations and queue management; participate in events.
